Welcome to Oddshroom Inc. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchases you make through it. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

We offer handmade and customized products, including:

• T-shirts and apparel
   
• Tumblers
   
• Mugs
   
• Keychains
   

Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our items, slight variations may occur from product to product.

Custom Orders:
You are responsible for ensuring that all custom text, images, or specifications submitted are accurate. We do not offer refunds or reprints for customer errors (e.g., typos, wrong colors, incorrect design placement).

Orders are processed once full payment is received. Prices are displayed in  USD and are subject to change at any time. We accept payments through Venmo, and/or credit/debit card

Oddshroom Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, improper customization, or product unavailability.

We ship domestically. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party carriers.

Processing Time:
Please allow  5–7 business days for production of custom items before shipping.

We do allow returns! We will accept a return, free of cost to you, within 7 days of receiving purchase. If an item is broken along transit, please contact us immediately upon finding out and we will be happy to send another item with the cost of shipping only. The item may not be damaged by the buyer when returned or money will not be refunded. When returned, you will be refunded the full amount for the item(minus shipping) to the payment method/account used to purchase item(s). Refunds will be processed in 5-7 business days. Refunds may also be used as store credit. The amount of the item(minus shipping) will be added to your next order instead  of being refunded to your credit/debit card.

 We may accept returns or issue replacements in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
   
• The wrong item was sent due to our error
   

To request a return or replacement, contact us at oddshroominc@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are final and not eligible for returns/refunds. Custom orders may take longer to make and ship. All custom orders will be sent a confirmation email of what the item will look like before item is made to ensure your satisfaction. Order will be made after customer is happy with design.

By buying an item, you acknowledge these terms and conditions and understand the proper use of this website.

All product designs, graphics, logos, text, and branding on this website are the property of Oddshroom Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or use our content or products for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
   
• Submit false or misleading information
   
• Interfere with the website’s functionality or security
   
• Upload harmful code or attempt unauthorized access
   

We reserve the right to terminate access to our website if we believe you have violated these terms.

Oddshroom Inc. is not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages related to the use of our products or site
   
• Delays or failures in delivery due to causes beyond our control
   
• Customer misuse of products (e.g., damage due to improper care)
   

Your use of the website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable federal laws of the United States.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the website after changes are made constitutes your acceptance.
